The charity commitment, in plain language. The foundation that receives the 10% is being established; every transfer to it is reported on the
transparency page.
The 10%
10% of the gross revenue of every paid draw is allocated to Kurdish youth programmes. This is a hard minimum, published in these rules and reported against on our transparency page after every draw.
The partner
Our charity partner is the Kurdish youth charity foundation being established for this purpose — a non-profit entity with directors independent from Kurdistan Land Draw. Its registration is not yet complete (see the banner above). The foundation's charter, board list, and audited accounts will be published before Draw 1 closes.
The flow
- Every paid ticket carries a charity share of 10% of the ticket value, recorded against that ticket's payment reference.
- Within 7 days of a draw closing, the cumulative charity balance is transferred from the treasury to the foundation.
- The transfer reference is posted to /transparency.
- The foundation publishes quarterly allocation reports showing which programmes received funding, with beneficiary photos and consent.
Treasury
Draw funds are held in treasury accounts controlled by the Promoter. Every charity transfer is posted with its reference on the transparency page after each draw, and the treasury is included in the quarterly audits once the external auditor is appointed.
Eligible programmes
Funded programmes must serve Kurdish youth (under 25) in one or more of the four regions of greater Kurdistan and fall into one of these categories:
- Education — scholarships, schools, libraries, language preservation
- Arts & culture — music, film, literature, theatre
- Technology — coding bootcamps, entrepreneurship
- Health & mental wellbeing
- Agriculture & environment — replanting, sustainable farming
What is not funded
- Political parties or campaigns
- Religious institutions' operating costs (programmes yes, operations no)
- Military or paramilitary groups
- Individual personal expenses
Audits
Once appointed, an independent external auditor will review both the Kurdistan Land Draw treasury and the foundation's allocations quarterly, with reports published on our transparency page within 30 days of each quarter-end. The auditor will be named on the transparency page at appointment.
Misuse
If misuse of funds is alleged, transfers to the foundation are suspended pending investigation. Any confirmed misuse is reported to relevant authorities and publicly disclosed.

10%ەکە

هاوبەشەکە
هاوبەشی خێرخوازیمان ئەو دەزگا خێرخوازییەی گەنجانی کوردە کە بۆ ئەم مەبەستە لە دامەزراندندایە — دەزگایەکی قازانج-نەویست بە بەڕێوەبەرانی سەربەخۆ لە Kurdistan Land Draw. تۆمارکردنەکەی هێشتا تەواو نەبووە (بڕوانە سەرەوە). پەیڕەو و لیستی دەستە و حیسابە وردبینیکراوەکانی دەزگاکە پێش داخستنی تیروپشکی 1 بڵاو دەکرێنەوە.
ڕەوتەکە
- هەر بلیتێکی پارەدراو بەشە خێرخوازییەکی 10%ی بەهای بلیتەکەی لەگەڵە، کە لەگەڵ ژمارەی پارەدانی ئەو بلیتە تۆمار دەکرێت.
- لە ماوەی 7 ڕۆژدا دوای داخستنی تیروپشکێک، کۆی بەشە خێرخوازییەکە لە خەزێنەکەوە دەگوازرێتەوە بۆ دەزگاکە.
- ژمارەی گواستنەوەکە لە /transparency بڵاو دەکرێتەوە.
- دەزگاکە ڕاپۆرتی وەرزیی دابەشکردن بڵاو دەکاتەوە کە پیشان دەدات کام بەرنامانە پارەیان وەرگرتووە، لەگەڵ وێنەی سوودمەندان بە ڕەزامەندییان.
خەزێنە
پارەی تیروپشکەکان لە هەژمارە خەزێنەییەکاندا دەپارێزرێن کە لەژێر دەسەڵاتی بەڕێوەبەرەکەدان. هەر گواستنەوەیەکی خێرخوازی لەگەڵ ژمارەکەی دوای هەر تیروپشکێک لە پەڕەی شەفافیەت بڵاو دەکرێتەوە، و خەزێنەکە دەخرێتە ناو وردبینییە وەرزییەکان کە وردبینە دەرەکییەکە دادەنرێت.
بەرنامە شیاوەکان
بەرنامە پارەپێدراوەکان دەبێت خزمەتی گەنجانی کورد (خوار 25 ساڵ) بکەن لە یەک یان زیاتر لە چوار پارچەکەی کوردستانی گەورە و لە یەکێک لەم بوارانە بن:
- پەروەردە — زەمالە، قوتابخانە، کتێبخانە، پاراستنی زمان
- هونەر و کەلتوور — مۆسیقا، فیلم، ئەدەب، شانۆ
- تەکنەلۆژیا — خولی بەرنامەسازی، خاوەنکاری
- تەندروستی و خۆشگوزەرانی دەروونی
- کشتوکاڵ و ژینگە — دارچاندنەوە، کشتوکاڵی بەردەوام
چی پارە پێ نادرێت
- حیزب یان هەڵمەتی سیاسی
- تێچووی کارگێڕی دامەزراوە ئایینییەکان (بەرنامە بەڵێ، کارگێڕی نەخێر)
- گرووپی سەربازی یان نیمچە-سەربازی
- خەرجی کەسی تاکەکان
وردبینییەکان
کاتێک دانرا، وردبینێکی دەرەکی سەربەخۆ هەم خەزێنەی Kurdistan Land Draw و هەم دابەشکردنەکانی دەزگاکە وەرزانە پێداچوونەوەیان بۆ دەکات، و ڕاپۆرتەکان لە ماوەی 30 ڕۆژدا لە کۆتایی هەر وەرزێک لە پەڕەی شەفافیەتمان بڵاو دەکرێنەوە. وردبینەکە کاتێک دانرا لە پەڕەی شەفافیەت ناوی دەنووسرێت.
خراپ بەکارهێنان
ئەگەر بانگەشەی خراپ بەکارهێنانی پارە کرا، گواستنەوەکان بۆ دەزگاکە ڕادەگیرێن هەتا لێکۆڵینەوە تەواو دەبێت. هەر خراپ بەکارهێنانێکی پشتڕاستکراو بە دەسەڵاتە پەیوەندیدارەکان ڕادەگەیەنرێت و بە گشتی ئاشکرا دەکرێت.
