Land transfers on record
The prize parcel is held until it transfers to the winner. Once the KRG registry confirms the transfer, that confirmation is recorded here — with the plot number, the winner's identity, and anything else that could locate the parcel withheld to protect the winner. We publish proof the process completed, never the winner's address.
The Shaqlawa parcel
A 200 m² parcel in Shaqlawa, 45 km northeast of Hewlêr, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Public details are on the plot page — photographs and the exact location are withheld to protect the winner. Registry confirmation is recorded here once the transfer completes.

The rules, fingerprinted

Quarterly audits
No draw has run, so there is nothing yet to audit. The first treasury and charity-allocation audits cover the quarter in which Draw 1 closes, and every report lands on this page.
The draw itself needs no smart-contract audit: there is no contract and no token. Winners are picked from a sealed entry list using drand, a public randomness beacon, and anyone can recompute the result themselves — the method is set out on the fairness page.
