This is
the plot.

A 200 m² parcel in Shaqlawa — 45 km northeast of Hewlêr, the apple town where the Safeen mountains meet the sky. This is the land draw — its own gate, its own entrants, its own winner. When it closes, the land passes to somebody's name — with a contract according to the land type. A real name. Maybe yours.

The parcel

Details public. Location private.

We publish how this draw works down to the byte — and nothing that could point a stranger at the winner's land. No photos of the parcel, no plot number, no pin on a map. Everything that identifies the parcel goes to one person only: its winner, with the survey file, the boundary plan and the ownership contract.

Why Shaqlawa

The apple town, above Hewlêr.

Shaqlawa sits in a green fold of the Safeen mountains — a summer town, orchards spilling down every hillside, families driving up from Baghdad and Erbil in July just to breathe the cooler air. Apples, pomegranates, walnuts, honey.

It's one of the safest, most beloved corners of the Kurdistan Region — a place Kurds bring their children on weekends because the roads are clean and the mountain is close. You are not winning anonymous farmland. You are winning a piece of a place people actually love.

The gate closes
when it fills.

At the announced time a public randomness beacon publishes a value that did not exist when the entries were sealed, and one entrant takes the parcel. Its winner then begins the 90-day registration walk. There is no way to enter after the gate closes.

Rollover ↺ · If the parcel goes unclaimed it doesn't vanish, and it isn't re-drawn inside this draw. It rolls forward into the next land draw, on top of whatever that draw already offers — an unclaimed parcel makes the next land draw two parcels. The claim window is set out on the Rules page.
