A homeland

"Bê welat,
mirov bê kok e."

Without a homeland, a person is without roots.

Four parts · one homeland

The land of Kurdistan.

40 million Kurds. 500,000 square kilometres. Four modern borders, one ancient homeland — the land between the Tigris and the Euphrates, cradled by the Zagros and the Taurus.

For the children
of Kurdistan.

The Kurdish people have endured. Empires rose and fell around our mountains. Borders were drawn across our villages. Languages were banned, books burned, names changed.

And still — Kurdistan remains. In our songs. In our food. In our carpets. In the way our mothers say kurê min when they call us home.

This draw is a small act. A dollar, a ticket, a chance. But the real gift is the next Kurdish child who learns to read in their own language because you entered.

"Çiyayê me heye." The mountains are still ours.

Public random draw

The entry list is sealed and published before the random number exists, then a public randomness beacon decides the winner. Anyone can recompute the result. No one — not even us — can influence it.

Public treasury

Draw funds are held by the Promoter, and each draw's charity share and prize delivery are reported on the transparency page.

The land

The prize parcel is held by the Promoter until it transfers to the winner. After the draw, the winner receives a contract according to the land type, and registration in the winner's name begins within 90 days, with the KRG land authority.

A letter

From the team.

This is written from Hewlêr. The city gets louder every year — new roads, new buildings, Kurdish companies signing their first serious deals with the world. Kurdistan is finally getting to build Kurdistan, and home was the right place to bet on.

This draw exists so that a Kurd anywhere in the world can hold a real piece of Kurdish soil in their own name. Our side of it is honesty and delivery. Yours is one dollar and a name. Together we put a piece of a rising Kurdistan into the hands of a family that's been rooting for it. Hûn her tim vegerin malê — you always return home.
